Hmmm, something is not right with twitpic. Yesterday, I uploaded a pic to Twitter, and it didn't automagically update my tweets. I deleted it from twitpic, tried it again and it worked. However the media thumbnail doesn't appear on twitter homepage. Today, I went to do the same thing, upload a pic, and I got this error. Something seems to be wrong with twitpic.

CNN Website Error

(click for larger image)
This has all happened to us at one time or another. We have deployed a website and have forgotten to validate the tags. When we visit the website live, we find the above junk printed. It is actually the tag code that wasn't interpreted but rather rendered as text due to a missing element.
One of the easiest ways to avoid website validation errors is to go to the following URL:
http://validator.w3.org/
and enter the URL. It will identify any tag errors.
I am just amazed that a large organization like CNN who lives and dies by their online presence would make such newbie mistakes.

Internet Explorer 9 Won't Cache Session Objects
Posted on 11:22 by Unknown

Played around and added the site as a trusted web site, disabled a bunch of stuff and we could log in. The website is crippled after login. Key components aren't working. IE8 is fine. Safari is fine. Android, Chrome and absolutely everything else works.
On top of that, it took me over an hour to download and install IE9 for testing. I tell you Microsoft is crap and a dead man walking.
I will let you know the fix when I find it.
